WHEN THE LOOP FEELS UNBEARABLE:
- Stand up immediately.
- Move your body for two minutes.
- Orient to the room and name five visible objects.
- Say aloud: “This is a loop, not a command.”
- Do not keep mentally touching the issue for the next 10 minutes.
- Return to Step 1 and restart the gate cleanly.
